There's been a real surge in recent years of beautiful, one shot webcomics, and Out of Skin by Emily Carroll is as pretty close to perfect as they come. It's beautifully drawn, beautifully told, and creepy as hell, and makes for some pretty great Halloween (or, well, just post-Halloween) reading.
